Resolved — The issue affecting the London data centre has been resolved, and following a period of monitoring to ensure stability we have restored VoIP services back to this facility. If you are still experiencing any issues please firstly reboot your VoIP hardware, and contact support should any issues be ongoing. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Identified — We’re aware of a major outage affecting our VoIP platform and have identified the cause as a loss of power to one of our London data centres. Whilst work to restore service there is underway, we have initiated our disaster recovery plan and are failing over services to a secondary data centre site. Customers should expect to see service start to recover shortly. We’ll post a further update when more information is available.
